We need to look into which of our locations need permission to film there. We want to this so we dont get into any trouble when filming.

With this is mind we need to asap get permission from the following locations: 3,4 & 6.
Hopefully we can get permission otherwise we will have to try in similar locations!

Research and Planning- Storyboard

Below is scanned in pictures of our storyboard. We have decided not to make an animatic because we feel that our shotlist is very detailed enough with the time scale to do the same job as the animatic therefore we dont want to be wasting time when we could be organizing other things.

Research and Planning- Chereography/movements

On the shotlist i have included the shots of the dancers that i will be needing. (refer to this if want to see).
However when we film it we will be filming the entire performance multiple times to allow us to cut away parts.

This music video uses 5 dancers, 2 male and 3 female allowing for a diverse contrast while in unison. Focusing on shape the dancers will use a variety of dance steps from street and HipHop. Also included will be short cuts of free running and break dance. the current plans for settings are to film from the street and in car parks.

Here is a table of our actors with their pictures and contact details. We have decided to use the singers in our sing in the actual video. this will help us because they know the tune and lyrics better than anyone and we can guarantee a good performance with them. I have also found a couple of people to help with dancing. I have auditioned the people so i can check they are committed dancers and not sloppy. I will later include the dancers on the choreography post.

Research and Planning- Target Audience

We decided to create a Facebook group that is aimed at our target audience. This allows us to post questions, pictures, videos and any other queries to the group where we will hopefully get feedback from them. This will help us because it will mean we are constantly thinking about our target audience and if they like what we create. After all its their opinion that really matters.

I have started to create a time plan in outlook so we can organize our time correctly and make sure we have enough time to do everything!
